**We're sharing listener recipes from the 1991 publication of "A Collection of Hits WQKT-FM / WKVX-AM, Wooster".
Country Pork Chops
1 can cream of celery soup
4 pork chops (about 1 pound package)
1 2 oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 cup sliced onion
Brown chops and mushrooms in skillet. Drain fat. Stir in soup, water, thyme, onions, and carrots. Cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
