Wooster City Council’s upcoming meeting on Monday night will be conducted online, through ZOOM. The public will be able to view the meeting one of two ways, on the city’s Facebook page or on its YouTube channel. The agenda for Monday night’s meeting, which will start at 7:30pm, will include the first readings of seven new measures.
