A 15-year-old Canton-area boy is heading to the College of Wooster this fall after graduating from GlenOak High School and Stark State College. Tom Jordan, who doesn’t turn 16 until July 30th, left GlenOak with a 4.6 GPA and Stark State with 3.93 GPA and an associate’s degree in general science. Jordan was also the youngest graduate from Stark State in the school’s 60-year history. His plan at The College of Wooster is to earn an undergraduate degree in mathematics, then either attend the Massachusetts Institute of Technology or Harvard University before going on to earn his doctorate in mathematics.
