The Wooster Post of the Highway Patrol pulled over a teenager this week for driving 108 miles per hour. It happened Monday on State Route 3 in a 55 mph zone. A spokesperson for the patrol says the 16-year old was charged with speeding and will have a mandatory appearance in Wayne County Juvenile Court. The patrol is working on getting the dash and body camera videos from that stop.
