16 year-old to have hearing in November in homeless assault case

The 16 year-old who stands accused of assaulting two homeless men in July will have a contested adjudication hearing in November. The 16 year-old stands accused of assaulting the men with two others, a 13 year old, and 18 year-old Richard Luper. The 16 year-old will have his hearing on November 25^th. The three reportedly beat the homeless men with baseball bats and rocks as they slept on the stairs of a church in Wooster.
