The Wooster man, who along with two teenagers, beat a pair of homeless men while they slept on the steps of a downtown church last summer, has pleaded guilty to the charges against him. 18-year old Richard Luper pleaded guilty yesterday in Wayne County Common Pleas Court to single counts of assault and felonious assault. Luper now faces anywhere from two to twelve years in prison. He’ll be sentenced in February.
