The Severe Weather Shelter, located at the Wooster Corp of the Salvation Army, will open again tonight (Tuesday, December 29th), as temperatures will drop during the overnight hours.  The Severe Weather Shelter will open at 6:00pm will remain open through 8:00am the following morning.  It is open to anyone who may need a safe place to sleep, a hot meal and a warm shower.  Guests arriving at the shelter are asked to use the Family Life Center door of the Salvation Army which faces Ohio Street. Guests will need to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire, have their temperature taken and put on a mask to enter the shelter. Masks must be worn by guests when they are not on their beds in the shelter.
