Eighty five students are in quarantine between Hiland High School and Middle School. The district notified parents of more positive coronavirus tests on Monday, as two more students as well as two teachers tested positive for COVID-19. The district as a whole has seen eight students and eight staff members test positive for the virus throughout the school year. The district stated that those in quarantine are not related to just one case, but due to the cluster of cases. The district continues to work with the Holmes County Health Department on contact tracing and what decisions will be made as they move forward.
