A woman who led police on a high speed chase in Wooster this week might face identity fraud charges too after reportedly giving police the wrong name as she was being arrested. 25-year old Taylor Parker of Akron and another woman are accused of stealing nearly $1,000 worth of merchandise from the Dunham’s sporting goods store. The suspects fled the scene and were involved in a chase that ended on U.S. Route 30. Authorities have said the suspects’ vehicle got up to 90 mph on the highway.
Parker is also wanted in West Virginia on a warrant for a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. She is being held without bond at the Wayne County Jail.
