A little less than a year after it was nearly destroyed by fire, the Walnut Creek Amish Flea Market is set to reopen this month.  It was back on August 21st of last year that lightning struck the 55,000 square-foot building, located along State Route 39 in Walnut Creek Township, causing a massive fire that resulted in more than $2.3 million in damage.  The market’s owner says nearly all of the displaced vendors will be returning when it reopens for business on July 30th.
