The Smithville Historical Society will be holding its annual Apple Butter Making Day next weekend. The event will take place on Saturday the 19th, and for a donation, the apple butter made that day will be available to take home. In addition to the apple butter making, the historical society’s Pioneer Village and Mishler Weaving Mill will also be open that day, as will the Model-T Museum and the heritage center.
