An Ashland attorney had his law license reinstated by the Ohio Supreme Court Tuesday. Thomas Mason had his license suspended for one year after the Supreme Court ruled that he violated two Rules of Professional Conduct in 2019. Mason had entered an Alford plea in 2016 to charges of solicitation, while the other violation dealt with Mason having an improper relationship with a client. Mason field multiple times for reinstatement of his license but was denied before the Supreme Court made its decision to allow his reinstatement.
