The state’s Public Health Advisory Alert System was updated Thursday, and there were a couple of local changes. Wayne County remained in the level two orange category but did lose its high incidence of spread designation. Ashland County was downgraded from level three red to level two orange this week, while Holmes, Medina and Stark Counties remained the same from last week.
