Ashland County Fair Board Manager Steve Englet addressed Ashland County Commissioners with a plan to improve the lighting at the Ashland County Fairgrounds. Over $17,000 is being requested for new LED lighting. Englet says that the LED lights would reduce electric consumption, so the money would likely be paid back in about three years.
