The Ashland County restaurant that was shut down by the Ashland County Health Department has been allowed to reopen after an order from an Ashland County Judge. Cattlemans Restaurant in Savannah was closed down earlier this month after the health Department found their staff weren’t wearing masks. The restaurant will be allowed to reopen this Saturday however, after a temporary restraining order was granted in Ashland County Common Pleas Court. A hearing on the closure will be held next week.
