The Ashland post of the Highway Patrol is investigating a one vehicle crash that happened late Sunday in Green Township. According to the Patrol, a car failed to negotiate a curve on State Route 39 south of Township Road 2606 at about 11:55 p.m. The car went off the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned before coming to rest in the roadway. The driver, 25 year-old Leighanne Waldo-Grumney sustained serious but none life-threatening injuries. She was wearing her seat belt. The crash remains under investigation.
