Ashland man charged with aggravated murder in Mansfield woman’s death

An Ashland man has been charged in the death of a Mansfield woman earlier this week. 30-year-old Ryan Stroup of Ashland has been charged with one count of aggravated murder in the death of 41-year-old Tina Goad of Mansfield. According to authorities, Stroup met Goad at an Ashland bar, and after things went south, he killed her and left her body in a wooded area south of Ashland. Stroup then called a relative and admitted to killing Goad, and the relative called authorities. Stroup was arrested in Cleveland on Tuesday.
