The Ashland man accused of hitting and killing a Nova woman last week has plead not guilty to all charges. During his second court appearance, 27-year-old Christopher McAndrew entered the not guilty plea to charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, failure to stop after and accident and vehicular assault. McAndrew reportedly was driving his truck on Township Road 1031 near Nova when he struck and killed 40-year-old Jennifer Boreman while she was walking with two juveniles and a dog. McAndrew left the scene and was later arrested in Ashland. His next court appearance is scheduled for August 16th, while a grand jury will decide on August 12th if criminal charges will be filed.
