Ashland Mayor Matt Miller will give his annual State of the City address tomorrow night. The mayor will highlight some of the city’s notable accomplishments from 2020, as well as some of the things that Ashland residents can look forward to this year. The mayor’s speech, which will be a virtual event, will begin at 7pm. Viewing will be available on Armstrong Cable, along with the city’s Facebook page and the Facebook page for Ashland County Pictures.
