Ashland University is set to give its faculty their pay that was reduced when the COVID pandemic began. Faculty and staff that had their pays reduced last year will receive back pay, which will include university contributions to staff’s retirement plans. The reductions affected roughly half of the universities staff and faculty. The employees that were affected by the reductions will receive a one-time lump sum payment for the reimbursement by the end of May.
