Austin-Bailey Health and Wellness Foundation approves grants

Two local fire and rescues will be getting some grant funding thanks to the Austin-Bailey Health and Wellness Foundation. Rittman Fire and Rescue is going to receive just over $8,000 for two nitronox field units and accessories, while Wayne County Fire and Rescue Association in Apple Creek will receive $5,000 for farm safety training. The University of Akron Wayne College will also receive money for scholarships for students engaged in health-related studies. Overall the Austin-Bailey Foundation is giving out over $192,000 in grants.
