Baltic man dies in construction accident

A construction accident yesterday morning in Licking County claimed the life of a Baltic man.  The man, identified as 39 year-old Drew Oswald, was working with a crew on a ditch, just north of I-70, when it collapsed on him. The cause of the collapse, which occurred at around 10am, remains under investigation.
