Barn destroyed by fire in Walnut Creek

Three East Holmes Fire Departments responded to a barn fire early Saturday morning at a farm in 2500 block of Township Road 406 near Walnut Creek. Firefighters were first at the scene just after midnight, and were there until about 5:30 AM. They were only able to save part of the barn that serves as a milking parlor. Thankfully, no one was injured. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
