A benefit dinner will take place this fall in memory of a Millersburg man who was fatally struck by a car back in July. 19-year old Preston Phillips was killed the morning of July 19th while reportedly pushing a friend out of the way of an oncoming car. The benefit is scheduled for November 15th at the Killbuck VFW, with proceeds helping the family pay for funeral expenses.
