Big Prairie man killed in Friday crash

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is continuing its investigation into a crash on State Route 226 in Wayne County that claimed the life of a Big Prairie man. 33-year-old Eli Miller was killed Friday evening after a vehicle driven by 42-year-old Lisa Mast of Millersburg struck Miller’s horse drawn farming vehicle from behind. Law enforcement says that Miller was killed as he was traveling west on State Route 226 when Mast failed to maintain proper distance. Mast was transported to Wooster Community Hospital to treat her injuries.
