A Big Prairie man awaits sentencing after being convicted of agricultural theft in Ashland County.  45-year old Justin Giauque was recently convicted of stealing more than $90,000 worth of harvested grain from his former employer in Jeromesville.  Giauque, who after stealing the grain fled the state and had to be extradited from New Mexico, faces up to four and a half years in prison.  Sentencing is set for later this month.
