Downtown Wooster’s Blue Rooster Bakehouse is closing up shop after less than a year in business. The bakery’s owners made the announcement on Wednesday, saying they’ll instead focus on expanding their flagship store up in Oberlin. The Blue Rooster opened in Wooster last March, but by the end of summer its owners say that business really began to slow down.
