Bond has been reduced for a suspect in last month’s deadly shooting at West Salem’s Dragway 42. During a hearing yesterday in Wooster, Wayne County Common Pleas Judge Cory Spitler reduced Jonathan Perez’s bond from $250,000 down to $25,000, so long as Perez agrees to wear a GPS monitor. Perez remains hospitalized, recovering from the injuries he sustained during the June 13th shootout that injured several others and claimed the life of a Cleveland man. Judge Spitler also granted a request to continue Perez’s preliminary hearing until July 14th, due to his hospitalization.
