The Wayne County Health Department will be administering COVID booster shots next week. The booster clinic, which will take place from 9am-3pm on Thursday, the 14th, will be held at the American Red Cross building in downtown Wooster. Booster shots will be available to those 65 and older, or for people 18 and older with qualifying medical conditions. The clinic though is only for the third dose of the Pfizer vaccine. Health department officials say no other COVID vaccines will be administered during that time. Appointments can be made by phone or by going to the health department’s website.
