Wooster Mayor Bob Breneman gave his annual State of the City address on Tuesday night. Breneman touched on a number of different topics, from the ongoing pandemic to all of the things that the city was able to accomplish in 2020, despite the challenges of COVID. Breneman also outlined his top ten goals for the city in 2021, which included tackling Wooster’s housing shortage.
