At this week’s city council meeting, Wooster Mayor Bob Breneman gave an update on the number of COVID-19 patients being treated at Wooster Community Hospital.  According to Breneman, the Hospital, which saw a peak of 33 COVID patients back in early November, treated ten patients for the virus last week.  As of Monday morning though, that number had increased to 24.  Currently, the average length of time for a COVID patients’ stay at Wooster Community Hospital is five to seven days.
