The Ohio State Buckeyes fell to the Northwestern Wildcats at home on Thursday night by a final score of 69-63, marking the fifth straight loss for the team and the 10th loss in the last 11 games.

For Ohio State (11-13, 3-10 Big Ten), senior forward Justice Sueing led the team with 19 points and eight rebounds, while freshman guard Bruce Thornton scored 12 points and dished out eight assists. Junior forward Zed Key scored eight points and grabbed 10 rebounds, while senior guard Sean McNeil scored eight points and grabbed two rebounds.

For Northwestern (17-7, 8-5 Big Ten), senior guard Boo Buie tied a team-high 19 points along with five assists, while sophomore guard Brooks Barnhizer also scored 19 points with four rebounds off the bench. Senior guard Chase Audige scored 12 points with four assists, while senior forward Robbie Beran scored eight points with four rebounds.

The Buckeyes will be back at home to take on the Michigan State Spartans on Sunday, February 12th, with tip-off set for 1 p.m.
