The No. 25 Ohio State Buckeyes defeated the Rutgers Scarlet Knights at home on Thursday night by a final score of 67-66, winning on a buzzer-beater by guard Tanner Holden.

For Ohio State (7-2), forward Zed Key led all scorers with 22 points and 14 rebounds, while guard Brice Sensabaugh had 13 points and guard Bruce Thorton had 10 points and five assists. Guard Tanner Thorton only scored 3 points, which was the buzzer beater to win the game.

For Rutgers (6-3), center Clifford Omoruyi led all scorers with 16 points and eight rebounds. Forward Aundre Hyatt had 13 points, while guard Cam Spencer had 11 points and five assists.

The next game for the Buckeyes will be a matchup with the North Carolina Tar Heels at Madison Square Garden on Saturday, December 17th, with tip-off set for 3 p.m.
