Chicken processor Case Farms is looking at nearly $400,000 in fines for reported safety violations at its Holmes County facility in Winesburg.  According to the U.S. Department of Labor, which announced the fines on Wednesday, the citations include failing to adequately train workers, a lack of machine guards and exposing workers to fall and electrical hazards.  The citations are the result of an inspection by OSHA back in August.  A Case Farms spokesman said late yesterday afternoon that the company had no immediate comment on the matter.
