An engineering firm has offered the Wooster Growth Corporation $225,000 in cash to purchase a building on Long Road. Green Arrow Engineering says it plans to use the building as a headquarters for its business and to conduct research and design work. According to the city, the $225,000 is the largest cash offer made to the growth corporation in the last five years.
