The Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Indiana Pacers at home on Friday night by a final score of 118-112, now winning four of their last six games. The Cavaliers were able to mount a comeback, being down 103-90 with nine minutes left to go in the ballgame.
For Cleveland (19-11), guard Donovan Mitchell had another big scoring night with 41 points and eight made three-pointers. Guard Darius Garland scored 20 points and dished out 10 assists, while forward Evan Mobley had 16 points and nine rebounds. Off the bench for Cleveland, forward Cedi Osman scored 14 points while guard Caris LeVert scored 12 points.
For Indiana (15-15), rookie guard Bennedict Mathurin was the leading scorer in the game and with 22 points off the bench. Guard Tyrese Haliburton had a double-double performance of 17 points and 14 assists, while guard Buddy Hield scored 14 points and dished out five assists.
The Cavaliers will be at home again to take on the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday, December 17th, with tip-off set for 8 p.m.
