The Cleveland Cavaliers fell to the Brooklyn Nets on the road Friday night in their penultimate game in the regular season by a final score of 118-107.

The Cavaliers have now lost seven of their last nine games, dating back to March 21st.

For the Cavs (43-38), All-Star guard Darius Garland led all scorers with 31 points while also dishing out three assists, while rookie forward Evan Mobley returned to play tonight and scored 17 points and grabbed seven rebounds. Forward Lauri Markkanen had 17 points and grabbed four rebounds.

For the Nets (43-38), All-NBA forward Kevin Durant led all scorers with 36 points while dishing out five assists and grabbing five rebounds. Meanwhile, All-Star guard Kyrie Irving had 18 points and eight assists and forward Bruce Brown had a double-double of 18 points and 10 rebounds.

The Cavs next game will be the last game of the regular season, as the team faces the defending NBA Champion Milwaukee Bucks at home on Sunday, April 10th, with tip-off set for 3:30 p.m.
