The Cavs used a big second half to down the Detroit Pistons 122-107. The Cavs trailed 56-54 at the half but came alive again after the half to get the win to improve to 9-9 on the season.

THe Cavs were led by Colin Sexton who had 29 points, while Andre Drummond added 23 points and 16 rebounds. Darius Garland also returned to the starting lienup for the Cavs, and scored 14.

Taurean Prince added 16 points and rookie Isaac Okoro had 10 points and a season-high six assists to help the Cavaliers snap their two-game losing streak and move back to .500. Cleveland forced 22 turnovers, turning them into 30 points.

Detroit is now 1-7 on the road this year and falls to 4-14 overall.
