A Chippewa Township woman was arrested yesterday morning after being indicted last week for her alleged role in the death of a woman back in 2012. 36-year old Erica Stefanko is charged in Summit County with 12 separate counts, including aggravated murder. The charges all stem from the death of 25-year old Ashley Biggs, who was murdered by Chad Cobb, Stefanko’s ex-husband, seven years ago. Cobb and Biggs were reportedly in the midst of a custody battle over their then-six-year old daughter at the time of her death. Cobb is currently serving life in prison. Stefanko remains jailed as she awaits her initial court appearance.
