The city of Orrville has released its annual financial report. According to Orrville’s finance director, the city’s revenue in 2023 totaled just over $7 million, which marked a more than $1 million increase from 2022. The city is attributing the growth in revenue to the strong performance of its local businesses, which resulted in more income tax revenue being generated. Orrville officials say the city also witnessed a 45% income tax increase in individual returns as well.
