In partnership with the City of Wooster, Main Street Wooster has launched a contest to decorate one of the Downtown Wooster utility boxes. The utility box that will be decorated is located on the corner of South Market and East South Streets, next to the former Lyric Theater. The winning artist will receive a $500 prize.
