The city of Wooster is mourning the loss of a former long-time employee.  Frank Meadows passed away last week at the age of 85.  Meadows joined the city’s workforce in 1972, serving as the director of its parks and rec department for the next 23 years until his retirement in 1995.  The city says Meadows was known for his positive attitude and community service, and played a major role in bringing soccer to the Wooster community.
