The Cleveland Cavaliers fell to the Philadelphia 76ers at home on Wednesday night by a final score of 118-109, marking the second loss in three games against the 76ers this season.

For Cleveland (44-28), guard Caris LeVert was the leading scorer with 24 points and five three-pointers off the bench, while guard Donovan Mitchell scored 21 points and grabbed six rebounds. Guard Darius Garland scored 15 points with five assists, forward Cedi Osman scored 15 points with three three-pointers off the bench, and forward Evan Mobley posted a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds.

Center Jarrett Allen did not play due to an eye injury, while guard Ricky Rubio did not play due to Wednesday being the second night of a back-to-back.

For Philadelphia (46-22), MVP candidate center Joel Embiid scored a game-high 36 points with 18 rebounds and four blocks, while guard James Harden also posted a double-double with 28 points and 12 assists. Guard Tyrese Maxey scored 23 points with five three-pointers, while guard Shake Milton scored 11 points with three three-pointers off the bench.

The Cavaliers will be back at home to take on the Washington Wizards on Friday, March 17th, with tip-off set for 7:30 p.m.
