While one man has been arrested and charged in last weekend’s fatal shooting at Dragway 42, authorities are saying that the investigation is still on-going and more arrests could be coming. Jonathan Perez, of Cleveland, has been charged with felonious assault, but according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office he may not be the only one that’s responsible for the shooting. Not everything has been made public, but the sheriff’s office on Thursday did clarify that Perez is not the man who was driving the truck that sprayed gravel at other vehicles, which is what reportedly led to shots being fired. Perez is currently hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries that he sustained during the shooting. Once he is released, Perez will be taken to the Wayne County Jail.
