Erica Stefanko admitted during her testimony Monday to making the bogus pizza delivery call that lured Ashley Biggs to where she was killed in 2012.   But the Rittman woman said she thought Chad Cobb, her husband at the time, planned to plant drugs in Biggs’ car to hurt her chances in a custody dispute and not murder her.  Stefanko is on trial for the second in Biggs’ slaying.   At the time of Biggs’ slaying, Cobb and Biggs were embroiled in a heated custody dispute involving their then-7-year-old daughter.  Stefanko was convicted of aggravated murder and murder in November 2020 but the conviction was later overturned on a technicality.  Closing arguments will be today and jurors will then begin deliberating.
