Construction work continues at the site of the new Holmes Center for the Arts.  $2 million has already been raised for the project, but an additional $500,000 is still needed to finish the inside of a new multi-purpose theater.  The hope is to have phase one of the project completed by the end of the year, so that classes can begin in January.  In the meantime, classes will remain at the center’s current location in Millersburg.  The new center is being built along State Route 39, in Berlin.
