Wooster’s newest park, along with a playground honoring the memory of a local man, is expected to open by the end of the year.  Construction is about to begin on Clear Creek Park, which was originally supposed to open last fall, but was delayed because of some paperwork issues.  The playground at the park, which will be located along Venture Boulevard, will be named in honor of 60-year old Wesley Johnson, of Wooster, who was killed four years ago in a gas line explosion while working in Stark County.  Johnson’s former employer donated $45,000 for the cost of the playground.
