Football, Basketball and other contact sports will be allowed to resume practicing beginning next week. Lt. Governor Jon Husted announced Thursday that contact sports will be allowed to resume practice and other activities beginning on Monday as part of phase 2 of the states reopening plan. Safety protocols will still need to be in place, with those protocols set to be announced soon.
