County commissioners approve abatement for Walnut Creek Foods

Holmes County Commissioners have approved an enterprise zone agreement for Walnut Creek Foods.  The 10-year, 50% abatement will allow the company to move forward with a $1.4 million expansion project at its distribution center, on State Route 39.  Construction on the nearly 17,000 square-foot building will begin soon and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
