The County Line Historical Society of Wayne & Holmes Counties is putting on a community program this weekend on World War Two called From D-Day to V.E. Day. The guest speaker will be retired Wayne County Municipal Court judge Bill Rickett, of Wooster, who is currently an adjunct professor of business law at the Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute, as well as a magistrate for several villages in Wayne and Stark counties. The free event will begin Saturday afternoon at one o’clock at the historic Shreve Presbyterian Church.
